2. Personal Data We Collect

• Account & Authentication Data: Full Name, Mobile Phone Number (verified via SMS OTP), and Email Address. Used solely for session authentication, profile management, and account security.
• Location Data: Device approximate or precise GPS location, requested only with explicit user permission, to display nearby local stores, services, healthcare clinics, and emergency SOS services.
• Merchant Information: Store Name, Commercial Category, Address, WhatsApp business number, Telephone, and GSTIN/registration documents for listing verification.
• Transaction Data: Subscription tier, billing address, and transaction identifiers. All financial processing is conducted through RBI-licensed payment aggregators (Razorpay / Cashfree); MASNOF does NOT store raw credit/debit card numbers or bank passwords.

3. How We Use Collected Data

Your data is used strictly for legitimate platform purposes:

• Providing, operating, and improving the hyper-local business directory and marketplace.
• Facilitating direct consumer-to-merchant communication (direct calling and verified WhatsApp chat with zero middleman fees).
• Generating GST-compliant tax invoices for paid merchant listings and VIP passes.
• Enabling emergency speed-dial and emergency location dispatch features.
• Preventing fraud, unauthorized account access, and malicious activities.

4. Data Sharing & Non-Disclosure

MASNOF does NOT sell, rent, monetize, or trade personal data or phone numbers to third-party telemarketers, data brokers, or advertising networks. Data is shared only with verified cloud infrastructure providers (Google Cloud / Firebase) and RBI-licensed payment processors solely for core service fulfillment.

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion Rights (Apple Guideline 5.1.1)

Users have full ownership of their data. You may request immediate deletion of your account, mobile phone number, and all associated profile information at any time:

• By sending an email from your registered email address to support@masnof.com or admin@masnof.com.

Account deletion requests are processed within 48 hours, resulting in complete removal of your records from our live production database.

By accessing, browsing, downloading, or using the MASNOF mobile application, desktop portal, or website (https://masnof.com), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using our services.

2. Intermediary Status (Section 79, IT Act 2000)

MASNOF operates purely as a hyper-local technology platform and intermediary connecting consumers with third-party local merchants, service providers, and healthcare clinics. MASNOF does not manufacture, stock, sell, deliver, or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items or services offered by independent merchants. Any transaction or interaction between a user and a listed business is solely between those two parties.

3. Merchant Store Listings & Accuracy

Merchants registering on MASNOF represent and warrant that all submitted details (including business name, phone numbers, location, promotional coupons, and GSTIN registration) are truthful, accurate, and up-to-date. MASNOF reserves the right to review, suspend, or terminate any listing found to be fraudulent, misleading, or in violation of local laws.

4. Commercial Payments, Invoicing & Subscriptions

All subscription listing fees, featured placement charges, and VIP pass purchases are processed via authorized payment aggregators (Razorpay / Cashfree) with mandatory GST tax attribution (GSTIN: 29AAVCM4301Q1ZO). Downloadable tax invoices are issued upon successful transaction completion.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users and merchants shall not post unlawful, defamatory, infringing, obscene, or fraudulent content; attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the application; or scrape directory data for unsolicited commercial communications.

6. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of or related to MASNOF services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chikmagalur / Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
